Stamina, endurance, cardio, I thought I had it good. But by the end of the third two minute round of kick boxing with a minute rest in between I was more tired than I should have been, Very discouraging. The fourth round I actually was better than the third. Figure that one out.
So like a good Ninja wannabe I will work harder to build my cardio, endurance, stamina. The weather's getting nicer so it means it's time for sprints. I hate them. Really, I hate them. But just like in life you have to do things you may not like to achieve your goal. It makes the pleasure of success that much more sweeter.
